Itinerary
FITFAC Muaythai Ploenchit(เพลินจิต)
Choose from 3 options: 1) Meet at the Gym / No Pick-Up (Most Recommended) Send us your hotel name or location. We'll suggest the closest FITFAC gym(the location above is 1 of 11 locations of FITFAC) and schedule your session. With 11 locations of Fitfac across Bangkok, 99% of hotels are within 15 minutes reached by car to one of our gym. 2) One-Way Hotel Pick-Up We’ll pick you up from your hotel 30 minutes before the session and take you to the nearest FITFAC gym.(No transport back is offered for this option) 3) Hotel Pick-Up & Drop-Off Included We’ll pick you up 30 minutes before the session and drop you off at your hotel afterward. After arriving at the gym You'll be greeted by our expert trainers and receive a free pair of Muay Thai shorts (valued at 990 Baht) to change into. Start with a 15-minute intro on stance, guard, and warm-up. Then spend 45 minutes practicing powerful techniques using all eight limbs — fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Your coach will guide you at your own pace for a fun and personalized 1-hour session. If you choose Option 3(Hotel pick-up & Drop off), we will also arrange a transportation back to your hotel from our gym after the training.

I had K.Petch as my trainer and had a blast. I am not a fighter was just interested in trying some Muay Thai and getting some exercise in. K.Petch was encouraging and patience, in my frequent mistakes we laughed together and he was never pushy. The free shorts are a nice bonus. Great activity if you have some time in Bangkok.
After being inspired by watching a Muay Thai match, my partner and I decided to attend a Muay Thai class, which turned out to be an incredible experience. We were each assigned an individual coach, ensuring personalized attention throughout the session. After selecting our Muay Thai pants included as part of the ticket and storing our belongings in lockers, we learned the basics before stepping into the ring. The trainer was very professional and enthusiastic. The environment was great and well-ventilated, adding to the overall positive experience.
The trainers and environment were good. However the front desk staff can be better. I need to initiate to remind them that my session is about to start before they will allocate the trainers to me. They don’t seem to be interested in getting us prepared for the session. Lastly, I understand that I should be getting free Muay Thai shorts from this package but I wasn’t given. I guess this is due to the staff not checking on my bookings and disinterested.
