Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Pick up time is a reference, please leave a valid mobile phone number for notification departure and the tour guide can contact you on the tour day
Please adhere to the provided meeting time as late travellers will not be able to join the tour; refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
Itinerary schedule is for reference only; actual schedule may vary according to the weather, traffic conditions, and attractions
Please wear clothing that is suitable for the weather conditions and shoes that are suitable for hiking. Do not wear high heels, slippers, or sandals
Travellers are advised to bring mosquito repellent as well as rain gear in case of rain

Refunds will not be granted to travellers leaving the tour midway
Please do not use your own flashlights or any devices that may cause light damage during the tour. In addition to providing each passenger with an LED flashlight, the tour guide will also bring a special high-visibility flashlight; these lights are filtered so as not to disturb the nocturnal wildlife
A minimum amount passengers are required to operate tours. The service provider reserves the right to cancel any tour due to lack of passengers and they will offer an alternative or full refund
