• Reservations can be made for 2 adults or more, and children must be between 3 and 12 years old.
• When making a reservation, please make a purchase based on the date of departure from Korea.
  
• Please note that the reservation time is the pickup time.
• If traveling individually, please arrive at your reservation time. If your arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you will be treated as a no-show.
• Vehicles are provided exclusively for the massage shop or via Grab.
  
• When adjusting the intensity of the massage, you can tell the therapist “salsa” or “hard” in Korean.
• There is a shared shower facility so you can take a simple shower.
• Breakfast is included in the welcome pack at no additional cost.
• Please decide the breakfast time and menu before boarding the plane.
• Breakfast hours are from 8 am to 11 am.
• The welcome pack children's breakfast includes a Kids Set. When upgrading to the adult menu, an additional cost of 250p will be incurred.
• Breakfast will not be provided if you do not receive a massage. When adding breakfast, Set 1~3: 250p / Kids Set: 130p.
• If breakfast is not available due to schedule, a sandwich can be substituted.
• Please understand that if the flight is suddenly canceled on the day of use, a refund is not possible due to a no-show.
  
• If you contact or visit the massage shop directly without our personal confirmation (KakaoTalk) confirmation, it may not be possible to confirm or confirm your reservation.
• We will notify you separately if additional charges occur.
• The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and individual notification will be provided if the event is unable to proceed.
• Partial refunds will not be issued if the time is shortened or the schedule is changed due to natural disasters, etc.
• It is difficult to use the product if you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late.
• Please keep your valuables to yourself or be careful not to lose them.
• Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.
• Injuries caused by personal carelessness will be covered through travel insurance, so please bring a receipt from local medical treatment.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your health (pre-existing conditions, etc.) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
• We are responsible for providing information on this independent travel product, and the actual event is conducted through a local company.

• Cancellation reception criteria: 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Requests received after operating hours will be applied on the next business day.
