Our road to Bulboaca village will last around 1 hour 15 minutes. We will visit the Castle MIMI Winery. The tour will start from the entrance to the inner courtyard of the castle which is beautifully decorated with lawns, decorative shrubs, mazes, wine barrels used as decoration, a musical fountain that changes its colors and gushes from the floor. After you will visit the historical wine cellars, the wine production area, and the middle age garden and hedge maze. Time for wine tasting. You have to taste 5 amazing Castel Mimi wines. Also taste 7 traditional Moldovan and gourmet food appetizers: gravlax salmon with black bread, tomme cheese handmade with pear, pâté with almond rye cracker, mozzarella with cherry tomatoes and olives, and roast beef with wine sauce. The road back to Chisinau will last around 1 hour.
