• The price is per person, and entrance fees to tourist attractions and parking fees must be paid separately.
• When renting a car, a driver is included as standard.
• If the time is exceeded on-site on the day, an additional fee of $10 per hour will be charged.
• If the time is exceeded due to local traffic conditions, additional charges will be incurred.
• In case of airport pick-up, if the flight is delayed or immigration is delayed and pickup is not possible at the announced meeting time, no changes or refunds will be made.
• For out-of-town areas such as golf courses, Oslob, Moalboal, and Badian, please inquire separately.
• After making a reservation, we will individually inform you of the vehicle number and driver's contact information one day before the tour date.
• If additional charges arise, we will notify you separately.
• The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters, and individual notifications will be provided in the event that the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds are not available in case of schedule shortening or changes due to natural disasters, etc.
• If you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables with you or be careful not to lose them.
• Please be sure to purchase individual travel insurance.
• Please bring receipts from local medical treatment, as injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (e.g. pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.

• Cancellation Acceptance Criteria: Weekdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Applications received after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
