Then, step into our rustic kitchen for a hands-on vegan cooking class, where you’ll learn to craft fresh handmade pasta paired with a traditional Tuscan vegetable sauce. You’ll also prepare crispy vegan bruschetta and a delightful vegan dessert before sitting down to enjoy your creations. Each dish will be perfectly paired with a selection of our organic wines and a tasting of our olive oils and balsamic vinegar.
