- When booking, select the route and time period that corresponds to your flight, and provide your flight number, arrival/departure time, and contact information (e.g., mobile phone number, Line, WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk)
- On the day of your ride:
① For airport pick-up, the driver will be waiting at the designated meeting place at the airport with a small flag that says "Nijima Transportation (新島交通)" / "Nijima Travel (ニジマトラベル)" and a sign displaying the departure time of the vehicle. Please arrive at the designated meeting place 5 minutes prior to your scheduled ride. Once you arrive in the Chuo District or Naniwa District of Osaka City, the driver will take you to your hotel from south to north, based on the location of the hotels (determined by the driver)
- Meeting place for T1: 1F in front of Kansai Tourist Information Center
- Meeting place for T2: In front of the Airport Bus Counter

Please wait at the hotel entrance on the 1st floor for 0–30 minutes from the designated time on your ticket.
