Discover two of Transylvania's biggest attractions, the medieval castle of Bran and the Bear Sanctuary. We will visit the largest brown bear sanctuary in the world, learn more about the incredible creatures, and know more about Dracula's legends.
First, we will see from distance the Rasnov Fortress, a walled stone compound designed to ward off attacks by the fierce Tartars and used as a refuge for local villagers during medieval warfare.
Next, we will bear watch at Bear Sanctuary, here time of 1 hour our guide will introduce us to the over 100 residents of the place and each of their unique stories.
After this, we will visit the gorgeous gothic castle of Bran and visit the rooms that are full of history from 1377 to the modern days.
In the afternoon you will have the chance to try the traditional Romanian food made by our hosts in their homes with natural local farm-fresh ingredients.
