Please exchange your printed or smartphone ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10:00 and 18:00pm: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich piers.
Post Purchase
Please don't forget you have to exchange your Tiqets voucher for an Uber Boat by Thames Clippers ticket between 10:00 and 18:00 at any of the following ticket offices: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich piers.

The boat cruise was good, relaxing However, the information given by Pelago to redeem the cruise tickets were very confusing. There are many different ticket offices around Westminister Pier and it was very easy to mix up another cruise company I was not the only customer who felt frustrated
