Show your smartphone ticket to a Big Bus Tours staff member at the starting point at Abu Dhabi Mall or any stops
Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque Tour in English: the bus departs from Abu Dhabi Mall at 10:00, 12:30, 15:00 & 16:30, or from the Grand Mosque at 12:00, 14:30, 17:00 & 18:30. Ticket must be redeemed at staff before onboarding to visit the Mosque
Presidential Palace Tour (Qasr Al Watan): The bus depart every 30 mins. Ticket must be redeemed with staff before onboarding to visit the palace

City Tour (Red Route): Every 60 minutes. Loops take 1 Hour 50 mins
Green route: Every 2.5 hours. Loops take 2.5 hours
