• Guests are recommended to wear appropriate clothing for the visit.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, all guests must wear socks inside the venue.

• Visits are only permitted during business hours.
• Eating inside the venue is prohibited.
• All visitors are accountable for safeguarding their personal belongings and are advised against bringing valuable items onto the premises. The company bears no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• All visitors are required to maintain cleanliness and exercise caution while using the facilities. Deliberate damage will incur a HKD300 cleaning fee plus compensation based on the damaged item's value.
• Parents or guardians bear full responsibility for supervising their children on the premises. The company assumes no liability for injuries resulting from unsafe behavior or improper equipment use.
• During special events or circumstances, the company reserves the right to adjust operating hours, close sections of the premises, limit entry, and suspend or cancel facilities. "CHILDLIKE" retains final decision-making authority.
• Flash Sale offers are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• In the event of adverse weather, including Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 and Red/Black Rainstorm Signal, the company will remain operational and assist in rescheduling visits. Operational adjustments, closures, entry restrictions, and facility suspensions or cancellations may occur at the company's discretion.
