The bus is old and not the same on the website photos. The pickup location at Sa pa is confusing. 2x stop over. Good thing is you can request the drop off at Hanoi airport.
Disappointed on the bus double cabin, very old and small for 2pax. The driver always turn off the AC during the 2x stop over. The coffee at the stop over is over priced. 2x coffee for 120k vnd!! Beware of the items with no price tags. They are very over priced. All the toilets at the stop overs need to pay for 3k vnd and are not so clean. Drop off location at Sa pa is fixed.
