Highlights
This is a great combination for a 7-hour day trip of Guayaquil. In this private tour, travelers get to see the countryside of Ecuador and check out the city of Guayaquil in the same day. From 10am to 2pm you will visit a Cocoa farm and the countryside to learn and make chocolate, after you'll visit the highlights of downtown Guayaquil. Tour includes hotel pickup and drop off with a driver/guide and transportation in a private vehicle.
Itinerary
Travelers are picked up at 10am from their hotels to drive for an hour through the countryside to the cocoa farm. Once you get to the cocoa farm, you may walk around to see the nursery of cocoa trees, the cocoa plantation, and end up making chocolate from scratch.
If you book the optional lunch at the farm, you will have lunch there. Otherwise, you come back to the city for lunch (at own expense).
Next, your guide will take to the check the main highlights of downtown: The Iguana Park, The Cathedral, The Malecon 2000 and Las Peñas neighborhood. By the end of this activity, you will be driven back to your hotel.
