— What You Can Expect —
Learn about the rich history and culture of Vietnam as you travel to the
fascinating world of the Cu Chi Tunnels in Ho Chi Minh. Discover the daily
lives of the soldiers during the Vietnam War as you wander the underground
tunnel system in this Cu Chi tour. Explore the area to find a hidden community
full of secret rooms, living areas, kitchens, armories, and hospitals for the
soldiers. Get a chance to see the hiding spots that the guerrilla soldiers
used to gain an advantage in the war. Make your way around the tunnels to see
a variety of elaborate labyrinths and booby traps that were created by the
soldiers. After venturing deep into the underground site, visit the command
centers above ground and see remnants of the various artillery units they
used. Get a chance to experience firing an AK-47 or MK-16 rifle at the
designated shooting range. Get all these and more as you enjoy an interactive
and educational day at the Cu Chi Tunnels in Ho Chi Minh.

Thuan is friendly and provided good explanations of the area. He seems very knowledgeable and approachable. Would recommend the half day tour as it didn’t take too long to complete and still allowed for other activities in the 2nd half of the day.
Nothing Premier about this tour unfortunately other than our Guide HaHa (yes thats his name). he was friendly and kept the atmosphere light but its a terrible half day tour. Not recommended at all. Its a small group tour of 12, got picked up first at 12:20 from district 1 and got dropped off last at walking street at 19:20pm so 7 hours all up and total time spent at the tunnels was less than 90 minutes and that too included whatever time 3 from our touring party spent shooting. 1st rest stop was at some sort of a factory (typical tourist trap) but no sale pressure. Cafe at the rest stop was pretty ordinary. Avoid. Rather do a full day tour of Tunnels and Mekong Delta and save yourself 4/5 hours of travel time
Be dressed for the occasion. Suggest insect repellent. A good set of shoes and towel as the humidity is very high
