I accidentally chose the wrong date at booking and contacted Pelago. They weren't able to fix the issue. Instead, they gave me the provider information to contact. I contacted the company and they were very not interested in accommodating me to reschedule. It's a ferry boat company that sails back and forth daily and to not honor a ticket that was erroneously purchased is not acceptable business practice in my opinion. Also, Pelago should have better policies in place to protect Its customers.
