• Late-night charges are calculated based on the dispatch time.

Late-night charge time: 10:00 pm–5:00 am Dispatch

(The bus is dispatched at 9:50 pm, so even if it is late at night, you can apply for the daytime rate.)

[About additional charges]

• If you are late for your appointment

The first 30 minutes from the dispatch time are free. After that, an additional charge of JP¥4,000 will be charged every 30 minutes.

【For reservation】

• The reservation acceptance period is from 180 days to 4 days before the service use date
  
• We will notify you of the availability of arrangements within 2 days of receiving your reservation
  
• Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be notified on the next business day
  
• When making a reservation, please leave a mobile phone number and email address that can be contacted during your stay in Japan
  
• Please enter your destination (building name or address, etc.) when booking
  
• The price posted on this service is the price per car, and the price does not change depending on the number of users
• If you exceed the recommended number of passengers and luggage (1 piece: 24 inches), we may refuse service
• The airport transfer taxi service is a Japanese-speaking driver

[About cancellation]

• Cancellation is free up to 2 days before boarding
  
• Cancellation within 24 hours of boarding will be charged 100% of the taxi fare
