Validity periods differ depending on the ticket. Please take note.

This ticket consists of two transportation tickets:
・“Railway Ticket” Meitetsu Nagoya Station → Meitetsu Gifu Station (One-Way Ticket)
・“Highway Bus Ticket” Meitetsu Gifu Bus Stop → Takayama Nohi Bus Center (One-Way Ticket)

If the purchase information cannot be confirmed due to device malfunction, dead battery, or other issues, the ticket cannot be used. In such cases, the regular passenger fare from the boarding station to the alighting station will be charged separately.

Boarding changes and use in combination with other tickets are not permitted.

In the event that train operations are suspended due to natural disasters or accidents, this ticket may be used for alternative transportation (railway only).

Tickets will not be reissued in the event of loss or theft.

Other terms and conditions of use are subject to the passenger transportation regulations of each operating company and the laws of Japan.

Tickets that have passed their validity period are void.

For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below:
1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent. Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.)
3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)

Voucher Validity:
Bus: Valid only for the designated participation date and specified bus
Railway: Valid for 30 days including the purchase date

Q: Regarding Boarding Changes
A: For any changes to boarding, please cancel your booking once and make a new reservation.
