Itinerary

- Every pick-up at the airport includes a waiting time of 1.5 hours starting from the time the flight lands. For example, if your flight is scheduled to arrive at 13:00 WITA but the flight is delayed by 30 minutes and lands at 13:30 WITA, the waiting time will start at 13:30 WITA for 1.5 hours.

- Make sure your cell phone is active and able to receive calls, or connect your cell phone to the free Wi-Fi at Bali Airport and have the WhatsApp application installed, this will make it easier for us to contact you and you contact us if you need more than 1.5 hours waiting time.
