- TERM OF USE -

• Regarding sea kayak or row boat options, for safety reasons, we recommend row boats for guests traveling with children or infants.
• The itinerary might be changed without prior notice in case unexpected external factors occur (weather, local authority decision...)
• The timing of this itinerary is estimated, and the exact time will be informed before departure time
• All activities are included and optional. You can stay on the boat and relax instead of joining outdoor activities.
• Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather, high tide levels, and operating conditions. Unused services are not subject to a refund
• Wi-Fi connection is available on board but has limited internet connectivity throughout the cruise due to karst limestones and mountains blocking the signal from the satellites

- CHILDREN POLICY -

• Under 5 years old: Children aged 1-4 years sharing bed and meals with parents or using baby cot: Free of charge (limited to 1 child/1 room)
• From the 2nd child: Surcharge at VND 1.050.000vnd/ child if sharing bed with parent or 2.050.000vnd if require extra bed
• From 5 to7 years old: Surcharge 2.050.000vnd if sharing bed with adults or 3.050.000vnd if extra bed is required
• Amount of 3.050.000vnd charge if sharing room with 1 adult

• From 8 to 10 years old: Surcharge 3.050.000vnd if sharing bed with adults or 100% charge if extra bed is required. Full charge at adult rate
• Child from 11 years old: 100% adult rate if child is from 11 yrs & above

- HOLIDAY SURCHARGE -

A compulsory surcharge of VND 1.000.000/guest will be applied on the following days:

• Ngày Thống nhất đất nước/ Liberation Day 30th April
• Lễ Quốc tế Lao động/ Labor Day 1st May
• Lễ Quốc khánh/ National Day 30t August – 2nd Sep, 2025
• Lễ Giáng Sinh/ Christmas Eve 24th December
• Năm mới/ New Year's Eve 31st December
• Các ngày Tết Nguyên Đán (Ngày 30, 1, 2, 3 Tết âm lịch)/ Vietnamese Lunar Tet Holiday (30, 1, 2, 3 Lunar calendar)
