Skiing is physically demanding and carries risks. It is recommended to purchase domestic travel insurance or personal accident insurance before departure.
In the event of a collision with other visitors while skiing, we will only assist with on-site translation; any medical or compensation costs must be borne by yourself.
This is a fixed-schedule group tour. Customers participating in this tour must strictly adhere to the stay times at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver/guide.
If you leave the tour group midway, it will be considered a void transaction, and no refunds will be provided. Any personal or property safety issues resulting from this will be at your own risk.
As this itinerary does not allow for transfers to other schedules or joining midway, no refunds will be provided for missed activities or trip cancellations due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. Please take note.
Arrival times for each part of the itinerary may change depending on traffic, weather, holidays, and crowd levels. If the itinerary is delayed or canceled due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, please understand that we cannot be held responsible and refunds will not be provided on these grounds.
In cases of low passenger numbers, a small vehicle driven by a driver-guide will be used. Please be aware that this is a shared shuttle service, and you will be traveling with other guests. The vehicle will not stop at locations other than the scheduled attractions.
During weekends and public holidays, force majeure factors such as traffic jams may occur. The driver-guide will adjust the itinerary based on the specific situation. Please manage your expectations before placing an order.
To maintain cleanliness and comfort in the vehicle, please do not eat or drink on board. If any stains are caused, you will be required to pay for cleaning according to local standards. Thank you for your understanding.
According to ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to ride the ski lift or use the ski slopes if you are not wearing ski wear. Please be aware of this.
