Itinerary
Your friendly private tour guide and driver will meet you at 9:30am In your hotel lobby. Then you will be transferred to Sunflower Home Kitchen. It is about 50 kilometers from the downtown Beijing (40 miles away). You need approximately 1.5 hour to reach here.
Visit a local vegetable market and pick up the ingredients for dumplings. Sunflower will teach you three kind of dumplings, steamed bun, pan fried dumplings and boiled dumplings. Local salad chopped garlic with cucumbers. tomato with sugar on topping, century egg with mashed ginger & broccoli with garlic. You will also learn how to make fried noodles first from scratch.
After meal, followed an authentic badminton experience in local gymnasium.Then take an enjoyable walk by the Big Swan Lake.
At the end of the tour, your tour guide will take you back to your hotel.
