シャワーも浴びれて良かったです。
Not enough places to sit. The place was noisy and crowded. Food was tasteless. Nowhere left to sit and work. I won’t be returning.
When we arrived at the lounge the reception team claimed they did not recognise the QR code or my confirmation of booking. It took more than 20 minutes for them to agree to admit us. The food was poorly stocked and not replenished as it ran out. The whole area, especially the floor carpet where we were sitting was not clean.
Not the greatest experience, lounge was packed with people being put on a waiting list, no where to sit in food area and staff no exactly attentive with tbh better service in a Weatherspoons.
Very helpful staff, air-conditioning was broken so had to use portable units so fairly uncomfortable. Food average complimentary drinks quite good
More varied food selection , too much Indian cuisine for me , pizza would be good option
