• If you arrive later than your scheduled time on the day, it may be treated as a NO-SHOW and in that case, no refund will be given.
  
• Please pay the masseuse's tip separately.
  -60 minutes: $2 (50,000 dong)/ 90 minutes: $3 (70,000 dong)/ 120 minutes: $4 (100,000 dong)
  
• If you would like a private room for two (couple room), please write 'Private couple room' in the 'Requests' section when making your reservation and we will make the request in advance.

• Massages are also available for pregnant women. However, availability may vary depending on the number of months pregnant, so please inquire in advance before making a reservation.

• Children are between 4 and 6 years old.
• For children under 3 years old, massages are not available, and they can relax in a separate children's space equipped with color charts and toys.
