- Hot Spring Features -
The hot spring water of "Ape Man-no-Yu" comes from the strata at a depth of
2,119m to 1,500m underground. It comes from two different strata about 5
million years ago (Cenozoic Neogene/Pliocene) and 54 million years ago
(Paleogene/Eocene). These waters naturally mix in the process of gushing out
to the surface, forming precious hot spring water.
It also contains Archean fossil seawater from the time of one of the oldest
human species, Ardipithecus ramidus. Its salt content is about 80% of modern
seawater, but unlike ordinary seawater, it is rich in metasilicic acid,
calcium, iodine, iron and various nutritional salts that are considered
beneficial to beautiful skin, and has unique hot spring properties.
This hot spring uses 100% direct spring water without filtration, heating or
water treatment, fully preserving the blessings of nature, allowing you to
fully enjoy the pure and natural healing hot spring experience.
