Great & friendly driver. Arrived early & waited for us.
Our driver was Armin Harris. Before our flight to London, Armin had began to engage us. As we touched down, he gave us precise instructions on when to contact him and provided us with sufficient descriptions on how to identify him when we exit the luggage collection area. During the ride to our accommodation, he gave us recommendations on what can we do in London to truly enjoy the food and activities offered by the city. He had also made a genuine effort to understand our needs and provide further suggestions. The entire journey was wonderful and the service rendered was excellent. We hope to engage Mr Harris' service when we visit London again. To emphasized on Armin's commitment to service, I had accidentally call him when attempting to add him contact number to my phone (which was actually around 1-2am in London, it was like 4pm in my home country). Despite the late or early hours depending on your point of view, he actually contacted me to find out if I need anything.
Armin was fabulous - extremely affable and very good in his driving.
