It was great but the outside of the car was dirty, inside was clean. If you want privacy, booking a private car is recommended and it’s faster than bus
Book again for the return trip, got a better car. Process was easy.
The transfer was great, but the communication was poor. The agency promised driver details by 11 a.m., yet we received no updates. We only managed to connect with our driver at 12 p.m. by finding them in the hotel lobby. Better responsiveness is needed.
