We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety and strive to prevent accidents.

We will reconfirm the application form on the day, but please note that even if a problem is discovered, you will still be subject to a cancellation charge.

・Hypertension (140/90mmHg or higher)

・Ear drum perforation ・Meniere's disease ・Otitis media ・Sinusitis ・Allergic reactions caused by pollen or food that limit daily life or exercise

・Respiratory and circulatory system abnormalities after COVID-19 infection (restricted exercise due to examination) ・Nasal obstruction (nasal polyps, deviated nasal septum)

・Cavities in teeth caused by fillings or ill-fitting dentures ・Endogenous bronchial asthma ・Tuberculosis ・Tuberculosis with air spaces in the lungs ・Bronchial inflammation caused by smoking

・Acute respiratory infections (cold, pneumonia, bronchitis)・Arrhythmia・Valvular disease・Coronary artery disease・Cardiomyopathy・Psychiatric disorders・Alcoholism・Neuralgia

Epilepsy, neurological disorders, migraines, convulsions after head trauma, abnormal brain waves, glaucoma, conjunctivitis, paraplegia, arthritis

- Pain due to pressure imbalance in the ears and sinuses when flying or driving over mountain passes

- Get up and down on a chair 5 times in 5 seconds, measure your pulse, and if it doesn't return to normal within 45 seconds

• Minors will need parental consent.
• You cannot participate if you have taken alcohol or medicine.
• After diving, you must wait at least 18 hours before flying.
• On the day, the diving points may change due to poor sea conditions or weather changes.
• When making a reservation, please let us know the clothing sizes (XS, S, M, L, LL) and eyesight (contact lenses, glasses, naked eye) of all participants in the "Notes" section.
• Please note that for customers who are not Japanese nationals, assistance will be provided in simple English.
  

[Efforts to prevent infectious diseases]

• To prevent the spread of infection, staff may be wearing masks.
• We have installed disinfectants in the store to prevent infection and the spread of the virus.
• Areas that are touched by people are disinfected during cleaning.
• After cleaning the equipment, we disinfect it with hypochlorous acid water.
• In order to avoid being enclosed, we keep the store entrance open to allow for ventilation. We also disinfect the air with hypochlorous acid water.
• The event will be held with a small number of participants to avoid overcrowding.
• To prevent close contact, we serve customers while maintaining a sufficient distance.
• High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs and doors are frequently disinfected.

① Due to the high demand for masks, it is very difficult to provide them. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bring your own mask when attending.
②If you have any of the following symptoms, please refrain from visiting our store.

• Those who have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, or a persistent fever
• Those with cold symptoms (fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, etc.)
• Those who have strong fatigue (fatigue) or shortness of breath (dyspnea)
• Those who have a close contact with a COVID-19 patient or a patient with COVID-19
• Those who have not yet passed 14 days since entering Japan from a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions
• Others who are concerned about their health.

③Drinks are available inside the store and on the boat, but we recommend that you bring your own.
