Lakeside 28 Chinese Restaurant (Hubin 28) is an elegant restaurant specializing in Jiangnan cuisine, located on the first floor of Grand Hyatt Hangzhou.

The restaurant’s design reflects the refined beauty of a traditional Jiangnan residence. Inspired by the flourishing cultural atmosphere of the Song Dynasty, the space incorporates the aesthetic of ink wash paintings alongside intricately carved beams and painted pillars, conveying the artistic elegance of classical Chinese halls.

Led by an award-winning team of star chefs, the restaurant carefully selects seasonal ingredients and presents dishes rooted in the traditions of renowned Jiangnan cuisine. Signature offerings such as Longjing Tea Shrimp, Jiangnan Prosperity Chicken, and Song Sao Fish Soup are highly praised and favored by discerning diners.

The restaurant features seven private dining rooms and 110 seats in the main dining area, providing tailored dining experiences for different guest needs.
