Experience over 120 years of history at Shimonoseki Shunho Restaurant, Japan's
first publicly licensed fugu shop, honored by the nation's first Prime
Minister, Ito Hirobumi, in 1891. Savor authentic Shimonoseki flavors at
branches located in Tokyo and Osaka. Delight in seasonal experiences that
engage all five senses, with each dish prepared and served with meticulous
care.


Appreciate the delicate thin-cut sashimi, showcasing exquisite knife skills
and carefully selected puffer fish to enhance flavor and texture. Admire the
artistry of traditional Japanese ceramics, like Arita ware or Ko-Imari ware,
