- Monday, Wednesday to Sunday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- Closed on Tuesdays.
- For photoshoot reservations, the booking time is the start of the shoot; please arrive 30–40 minutes early to prepare.
- Late arrivals may have their photoshoot duration shortened due to subsequent bookings.
- Guests with a 9:00 AM reservation should arrive exactly at 9:00 AM.
- An additional fee will be charged if you exceed the Hanbok return time.
- Upon return, Hanbok will be inspected for damage or contamination; compensation is required for any confirmed issues.
- Children's Hanbok is available for ages 1 and up.
- Please ensure children are accompanied by an adult at all times during the rental and photoshoot.
- Valid photo ID for verification.
- Mobile or printed e-voucher.
- The experience is located in a traditional house with historical structures; please contact the operator for specific mobility concerns.
- Your booking will be confirmed within 2–5 business days.
- For makeup add-ons, the specific start time will be sent via email after the reservation is made.
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 2 days before the selected date.
- 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 1 day before the selected date.
- Non-refundable for cancellations made on the day of the experience.
- Please present your mobile or printed e-voucher at the Hanbok that day counter on-site.
- The voucher is valid only on the selected date and during operating hours.

Awesome experience with The Day The Hanbok especially the lady photographer. The photographer was professional and knows exactly where to take good shots in the palace. Location was about 5 mins walk away from Gyeongbokgung Palace. Booked the luxury package and was given a space to choose our Hanboks. The selections are good and the person doing my wife's hair was professional as well. No language barrier here.
It was really well managed because I booked the Luxury package. The dress are slightly better in quality and the hair dresser is very patience
