Paddle Surf is a fun activity, that is a good body workout and a relaxed day on the water at the same time. You are going to be accompanied by an experienced certified instructor at all times. Paddleboarding lessons are great for kids, for the whole family and/or friends. Everybody, no matter the physical condition, or previous experience. Here is what you can expect out of this activity: 1.- Meeting and introduction. 2.- Getting to know the equipment we are going to use and distribution of the right equipment to all the participants. 3.- Land part. > Introduce the sea conditions and proper behavior in the water to all the participants. > Practising the take-off maneuver. 4.- Water part. > You will go in the water accompanied by a professional instructor at all times. The instructor will be helping you by holding your board in the water to make it more stable and easier for you to stand up and will give you feedback to improve your technique.
