Led by Chef Liang Jianyu, the culinary team specializes in handcrafted modern Cantonese cuisine while highlighting carefully selected regional dishes from across China. Ingredients are rigorously selected with a focus on seasonality and premium quality, and all dishes are prepared to order. During lunch service, guests may also enjoy a selection of specially curated dim sum.

Celebrated for its seafood offerings, Zishan presents an array of memorable dishes, including steamed imported Boston lobster with Chinese baijiu, steamed mud crab with pork ribs, and various preparations of grouper, such as Sichuan pepper steamed grouper and lemongrass roasted grouper. Braised sea cucumber and other refined delicacies are also available.
In addition to fine cuisine, guests may enjoy a variety of noodles, rice dishes, and congee, complemented by a curated tea selection featuring high mountain oolong tea and lapsang souchong.
