Our professional driver will welcome you at the exit of arrival hall with your name tab. The free waiting time 2 hours (inbound flights) after the actual landing time. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to be provided.

Please Note:
• Unless otherwise stated, waiting time is 2 hours for inbound flights 1 hour for domestic flights, After this time the vehicle will be released.
• If your flight is delayed we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher.
• If you are unable to find the driver, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.
• If there is any change, you must amend your booking immediately.
• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
