Booking through this site was so easy. Price, much cheaper than booking direct. Audio tour guide was pleasant to follow.
This was terrible. Had to get on the bus to Tv tower and then get off, exchange tickets and then hop on a different bus. Tried to use the Pelago voucher at Bund and lots of confusion Turns out there are multiple lines so where you think you are going isn’t actually where you end up. No maps and no real help.
