Terms and Conditions for Keep Going with KrisFlyer Campaign

1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”) and is valid for bookings between 11 May 2026 (00:00 Singapore time) and 15 June 2026 (23:59 Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

2. During this Promotion Period, you can enter these promo codes for discounts off or earn extra miles on your booking made on the Pelago app or web on its respective promotion periods.

- Additional 10 KrisFlyer miles per SGD 1 site wide with a minimum spend of SGD 80 when you use code 10MPDMORE at checkout

- This is in addition to the base miles earned on each booking, ranging from 1 mile to 3 miles per SGD 1. Please refer to the product page for the respective base miles earn rate for each product.

- 2 uses per user.

- Applicable to all products except activities paid by Culture Pass credits

SGD 15 off

All KrisFlyer members are eligible for SGD 15 off with a minimum spend of SGD 50 (or currency equivalent) on all activities sitewide. Eligible KrisFlyer members will receive their unique promo code via the Pelago app or web under the Rewards section on Accounts page. Log in with your KrisFlyer account on Pelago to claim. The following restrictions apply:

• A minimum spend of SGD 50 (or currency equivalent) is required;

• User must be a valid be valid KrisFlyer members at the time of booking;

• Only valid for use up to two times per member;

4. The Promotions cannot be applied together or with any other existing Pelago promotions, offers or privileges, unless otherwise stated. Promo codes can only be used on the Pelago app or web.

5. The Promo codes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item in part or in whole.

6. All bookings are subject to Pelago's Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago's Privacy Policy.

7. Pelago reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotions, and/or terminate the Promotions, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.

8. The Pelago Customer must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The Pelago Customer should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the earned miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.

9. The Pelago Customer must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non-KrisFlyer members can visit www.KrisFlyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.

10. Any KrisFlyer miles earned or redeemed will be based on the final amount paid, after eligible discounts from this Promotion have been applied. Other terms and conditions for the use of KrisFlyer miles on Pelago will apply.
