Tour guide RZ was great - responsive, knowledgeable and gave an otherwise boring historical tour a pep of life. Even though we signed up for one with no shopping tours involved, the pace of the tour was still too fast, especially for our tour group which consisted of elderly and younglings. A star was knocked off because there was a rush to ensure everyone got home on time by leaving the last location by 3.30pm.
