Efficient and effective service
The lounge is a bit small and hot in some areas. Food is ok
The toilets are dirty as well as the tables and the floor in the seating area. Food was ok.
座席が少ないし、冷房があまり効かなくてゆったり出来ない。 通路に出た方が涼しかった。
Very poor experience, the food quality wasn’t good, there was no alcohol drinks available.
Warm environment, the air conditioning is weak, fans were used in some areas of the lounge. Finger food were cold and hard. Basic Warm food. Sofas are sunken in. The only consolation was the mocktail and coffee bar.

Not worth the money at all - extremely hot - no working air conditioning. Cramped space very few seats - poor food and drink offer and toilets disgusting.
