Really good value.
The location was a bit different then on the voucher, for the rest all good.
Well organized. Safe. Clean. I didn't appreciate how busy it was. It seemed like a tremendous chain of moving parts - people starting one activity, finishing up, and moving to the next soon as the equipment became available. There were lots of groups and lots of operations people - not a moment to stop and take in the adrenaline rush. I recommend booking before hand. Prices when you walk in are exorbitant, and not a great experience to haggle/bargain. Also two things to note: 1. The company listed here as operator isn't the same company as the executor on the ground. 2. I got a message from this operator only after pinging Pelago support. Messages and calls to the operator's number listed on the booking went unanswered.
Enjoyable water activities. Pace is very good and well organized. Shower area is clean. Available food are mostly good, except chicken wings which looks like overcooked or too old (over frozen)... Stick with Indonesian menu... They are very good.
