Must Know
This is an active rainforest experience with 35+ minutes of hiking on muddy, uneven terrain. Good physical condition is required
Wear sneakers or closed-toe water shoes with good grip. Sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, and slides are not permitted
The 13:00 tour does not include a food stop

Usage
Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point
Arrive on time and inform your guide if you are running late. A maximum 10-minute grace period may be provided if you notify your guide
Late arrivals are considered no-shows
Transportation is available from San Juan, with closer meeting points for guests staying in Luquillo, Río Grande, or Fajardo
