Nice to cycle in DC to visit the monuments. Tiffany was helpful, told us the essentials and we are off on our way. I am so glad that the emails are promptly replied by the them because we could not call them, only could email to them. So the issue was solved quickly.

Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals, and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes
