For international arrivals, our drivers also monitor flight information. The driver will arrive at the commercial parking lot 45 minutes after your flight has landed at the gate and will contact you via text or WhatsApp. The driver will proceed with the pickup once you confirm that you are ready, which typically takes 5 to 15 minutes depending on terminal traffic.

O'hare Airport Pickup Points:
Terminal 1, 2, and 3: Your Taxi to O’Hare Airport will pick you up in the middle lane of the lower level (Limo services) at any of the vestibules.
Terminal 5: Pickup occurs at vestibule 5D or 5E on the lower level.
