To be honest I had a dissapointing experience at Ancol. The facilities are so old and rundown. Also I booked the Gondola, but accidentally for the following Wednesday. The admin was not flexible to change it to the date I actually went to Ancol. Pelago tried to reach out, but they refused. Lack of customer service won't make customers return. Dissapointing.
