Pleasant surprised to be informed that they will pick us up from our hotel. The whole trip was organised very well and the guides were both amazing people! Love the island hopping and water and beaches. Amazing food as well, we got to have a picnic and the gorgeous sights

It was All Good. on time. even the pickup from the airport was on time.
Overall tour was memorable with very friendly tour guide providing some context and safety precautions. Snorkeling could be longer as it was enjoyable. Lunch provided was basic but acceptable for us. The only discomfort was at the beginning where the speedboat spent 1 hour going to multiple piers to pick up other participants - waiting on the boat - which caused some sea-sickness.
Everything was good about the experience. Just that as promised Lunch, softdrinks, snacks weren't provided to us. When we enquired it was rejected saying that for private long tail boat tour it is not included and also started asking for additional money for 3 and 5 year old.
The website stated that 1) we will be contacted 24 hours before but there was no communications 2) pick up would be at 8.30am. But we waited until 9.10am and it was after a call to vacation planner before we were told the pick up would be late.
