- Depending on the whale tracking situation, the activity time may be subject to change. We apologize for any inconvenience. After a whale is spotted, the observation time is approximately one hour. - Please note that if there are infants or elderly participants, the humpback whales will be visiting during Okinawa's winter. If the captain refuses boarding due to safety concerns, we will arrange a refund.
- For safety reasons, pregnant or expectant guests, as well as guests who have consumed alcohol or have a hangover, are not allowed to board the boat. No refunds or compensation will be provided on the day of the trip.
- There is no space to store luggage, strollers, etc. on the vehicles and boats used for transportation. Please store them in lockers at hotels or monorail stations.
