❌ Cancellation Policy Information

• Cancellation up to 9 days prior to tour date: Full refund
• Cancellation up to 8 days prior to tour date: 10% fee
• Cancellation 4 to 7 days prior to tour date: 50% fee
• Cancellation 0 to 3 days prior to tour date: 100% fee

📌 Important Notice

• This tour is a join tour. If the number of participants is less than 10, we will notify you of cancellation 2 days before the tour.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email and voucher.
• If you change the reservation date, a change fee of 200 baht per change will be charged.
• It is mandatory to purchase individual travel insurance.
  
• There are multiple yachts departing, but individual designation is not possible.
• If you are late for the meeting time and cannot join the tour, it will be considered a no-show and no changes or cancellations will be possible. (Even if you contact us on the day of the meeting to say you will be late, we cannot help you.)
• Please keep valuables and cash separately, as we are not responsible for any loss.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any safety accidents caused by personal negligence and that compensation may not be provided, so please be careful when touring.
• The tour will proceed even if it rains, and if the guest decides not to attend, changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be possible.
