Experience an unforgettable Tuscan evening at Paradiso di Cacuci, a traditional Montalcino estate surrounded by vineyards and rolling Tuscan hills. Guests will enjoy a private guided tour of the vineyards and ageing cellar led by expert sommeliers, discovering the traditions and craftsmanship behind Brunello di Montalcino. The experience continues with a guided tasting of 7 exceptional Tuscan wines: Rosato Toscano, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (younger and well-aged selections), Brunello Riserva DOCG 2017, Brunello Riserva DOCG 2019 and a Super Tuscan wine. The tasting is paired with a traditional Tuscan dinner including pecorino cheese, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, Tuscan cold cuts, fresh handmade pinci pasta with Tuscan ragù, beef tagliata and a typical Tuscan dessert. Vegetarian menu available upon request.
