It forms part of the old royal road and the traditional road of the valleys of Andorra, today converted into an avenue and the country's main commercial axis. Along the avenue we find shops, several shopping centers and department stores such as Pyrénées, Escale and Hyper Andorra. Almost all the banks in the country have their headquarters in this commercial area. The avenue bears the name of the patron saint of Andorra, the Virgin of Meritxell, whose sanctuary is located in Meritxell (Canillo).

Please note: We will do our best to follow the planned itinerary, but it may change due to weather or road conditions. The tour will always include Andorra and a French-border village. The scheduled village is Mont-Louis, but it may be replaced by another charming village if needed to ensure safety and a great experience.
It is mandatory that children under 11 years old seat on a baby car seat. Amigo Tours can not provide it. Please bring your own baby car seat.
You must bring your passport with you, since you will be entering a new country and it may be necessary when crossing borders
Please note that the tour implies lots of walking, so clients with reduced mobility may have difficulties to complete the whole itinerary.

Great trip I would say. Learnt a lot throughout the trip about Andorra. One of the highlights of this trip.
It was a good tour overall.. Our guide Laura explain the different places well… However it was disappointing to see that I was informed that they did not have the information that I booked the Tour with Lunch.. Having paid for the tour with lunch and inspite of showing the voucher to the guide, they said No lunch as part of the your. I hope Pelago will make the necessary refunds after taking to the tour agency. (Barcelona to France /Andorra trip with Amigo tours on the 16th January). The 3 stars is for not honouring the booking commitment. Otherwise it was a good trip.
The trip was very good. The guides explained very well and provided titbits throughout the journey. The scenery to Andorra is absolutely stunning, it was our favorite part of the trip. This 12hr experience is totally worth your money!
