We propose to introduce you to Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation by an accomplished Yoga Teacher through a 3 hour interactive session.
Please note the following while going for this workshop:
1. Please wear convenient dress for Yoga.
2. No transport is provided. Clients have to arrive & leave on their own.
3. Yoga mats shall be provided.
Itinerary
Mantri Tranquil
After you are ushered into the place where the workshop begins, the Yoga trainer will introduce himself/herself. She will then listen to your expectations and also your medical conditions. Accordingly the teacher will design the workshop to suit specific requirements. The clients have to be candid about what they expect and what they are experiencing. Clients are requested to be immersive in their exploration of Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
