I read many reviews on various platforms on the delay and anxiety of not receiving the actual tickets until the actual day of the show. I bought tickets on Pelago as they offered a very competitive as compared to other platforms. Instantly i received booking confirmation of my tickets. On the day of the show, i received a wechat friend invite message. I added him and he sent me the QR code to scan at the entrance at 1pm. Trust the process and i feel there is no need to worry. Thank you Pelago for the great deal. 👍
Still waiting for QR code
I booked tickets one month in advance. And was supposed to receive a QR code for.entry one day before the show. However, I didn't receive the QR code, inspite of multiple follow-ups, and there was no reponse as to whether i would recieve it or not. I had to plan travel in advance as i was outside Shanghai. Finally received the QR code a mere 3 hours before the show. I had to book a car costing $360 to get me to the show on time. It was a horribly stressful experience!!!
