Cancellations are not allowed within 0–7 days of the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified during this period, and no refunds will be granted.
- Shuttle Bus (Lao Cai Station ↔ Sapa Town): Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

I've taken Sapaly and I'd say Chapa is more comfortable and slightly more luxurious. The train ride was quieter and also the bed more comfy. Would definitely do this again if I go Sapa next time.
Hassle free shuttle bus from our hotel straight to the train station with zero stops. 1hr journey exactly. Very convenient.
The cabin for 2 was really spacious and provided us great rest during both trips between Hanoi and Sapa. I would like to personally commend the staff in charge of my booking - Drake for helping me a lot when I was facing issues with the booking. Do take note that the booking for the VIP cabin is for the entire cabin, i.e if you are traveling in a group make sure to only book 1 instance.
Everything was smooth. We collected our tickets at the railway station and board the train 40 mins before departure time. Carriage is clean and tidy. Washroom is also well maintained. My partner is a light sleeper and had issue falling asleep due to the noise and movement of train but it is no fault of the train. Overall a pleasant trip.

It was much better than I had expected. The ride was not as bumpy as mentioned by some other passengers. It was a little noisy but we were OK with it. The toilet was clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The lounge at Sapa station was cozy and convenient for travellers like us. We highly recommend Chapa Express Train.
Chapa Express (Sapa/ Laocai --> Hanoi) was a great experience! Train was punctual and cabin was clean and comfortable, with amenities and all we need for a good night sleep! Highly recommended!
